Reflecting on my first year as an independent consultant and advisor in the field of Employee Experience and Internal Communications. It had its ups and downs, but overall it was a really great year. I’m very proud of my achievements and milestones, especially my new role as Executive Lead for INSIDE at TBWA, which I managed alongside my lecturing role at EM Normandie business school, as well as a myriad of consulting clients across the world.
